Professional Experience
Mr. Martin has more than three decades of experience as an environmental engineer and has served as project manager for more than 80 environmental remediation projects throughout the Southwestern United States.
His responsibilities have encompassed all phases of environmental remediation, including site investigations, environmental characterization, remedial system design and specifications, construction supervision, system operation and maintenance, environmental data collection, and regulatory compliance.
His experience also includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos investigations, asbestos abatement project oversight, lead-based paint inspections, hazardous-material evaluations, and environmental engineering support.
Mr. Martin has supervised engineering personnel and coordinated environmental projects involving contractors, clients, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
He has also served as the Health and Safety Officer for a Federal Superfund site, providing technical oversight of occupational health and safety requirements associated with environmental remediation activities.
